"Shipping delay felt totally preventable"
The product was fine, but the shipping took way too long. I get that delays happen sometimes, but this felt preventable with better communication or planning.

"The site was kind of a pain"
Using the site was frustrating. Pages kept freezing here and there, and the checkout had this messy feel to it that made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Something felt off"
I’m not totally sure, but the one I received just didn’t seem authentic to me. The packaging looked a little different than what I’m used to, and the smell wasn’t the same either. Maybe it was just the batch or... I don’t know. Either way, I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Not terrible, but a little clunky"
I was able to use Primaura.us without too much trouble, and I did eventually find what I was looking for. Checkout was fairly straightforward, and the pages loaded okay. That said, the whole experience felt a bit clunky in places. Some sections weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, and I ended up clicking around more than I expected. It gets the job done, but I wouldn’t call it especially smooth.

"delivery was unreliable"
my order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. i had no idea when it was going to arrive, which made the whole thing really frustrating.

"Arrived in great shape!"
My order from primaura.us showed up looking great, which made me really happy. The box was in really good condition with no dents, wet spots, or crushed corners, which is always something I worry about when getting deliveries.
Everything inside was packed neatly too. It wasn’t overpacked or messy, just enough to keep everything safe and secure. I could tell they put some care into it, and I really appreciated that.

It’s okay for the price. Compared to some of the cheaper options people usually go for, it’s not bad, but I did expect the quality to be a little better. It’s still usable though, so overall I’d say it’s fair for what you pay.

"They did reply, just not super fast"
Support did get back to me eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, and I kept checking my email like I was waiting for concert tickets or something. Funny enough, I ended up cleaning my kitchen while waiting, so I guess there’s that. Overall, they answered my question, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

I sent it back, actually, I just dropped it off and the refund showed up a few days later. No hassle at all, so I’d say it was a good experience...

"Didn’t really feel much of a difference"
I tried this for a few weeks and kept hoping I’d start noticing something, but i didn’t see much change. Maybe it works better for other people, and I’d be curious to know if I just needed to give it more time, but for me the results felt weak. Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there, I just bought it for the actual effect, and I didn’t really feel reassured that it was doing much.

"The weird part is, the service itself..."
The weird part is, the service itself wasn’t really the issue for me — it was the billing. I didn’t like how the charges and terms were shown because it felt unclear and kind of buried. I had to dig around way too much just to understand what I was being charged for, which was frustrating.

"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but..."
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like I’m justified here because the whole experience was just bad. I was expecting something at least decent, and it really didn’t meet that. Not happy with it at all.
